camembert cheese with an avocado and chilli salsa

Crispy prawn and squid in a light tempura batter on
a crisp salad with a sweet chilli dressing

Grilled Prime Irish 8oz Sirloin Steak
Cooked to your request, topped with herb crumbed garlic button mushrooms, 
served with a pink peppercorn and cognac cream sauce

 

Pan Fried Fillets of Brill
Lemon and ginger marinated fillet of brill, served with a asparagus and
Chablis cream sauce

Corn Fed Supreme of Chicken
Filled with a garlic scented spinach, served on a bed of colcannon,

With a roast shallot jus

Wrapped in a pancetta oven baked and served on a classic risotto

Grilled whole salmon cutlet served on a bed of braised green cabbage with lardons of bacon,
on a coriander and lime cream sauce

The Abbey Tavern is situated in the village of Quin in the heart of County Clare, 6 miles east of Ennis town, 19 miles from Shannon Airport and 21 miles from Bunratty Castle.

 

Located opposite the picturesque Quin Abbey ruins circa 1350, the
Abbey Tavern Bar, Bistro restaurant and guest rooms overlook the Abbey grounds and set on the backdrop of the Broadford hills.
