Roast Crown of Turkey and Limerick Baked Ham

Served with a Herb Stuffing and a Red Wine Jus. 

Roast Leg Of Burren Lamb

Tender Roast Leg of Lamb with a Herb Stuffing and a

Port Wine and Rosemary Sauce. 

Roast Irish Beef

Roast Beef drizzled with a Classical Chasseur Sauce. 

Pan fried Sweet Chilli Pork Chops

Served with a compote of braised apple and a cider jus. 

Baked Fillet of Salmon

Served with a Dill and Garlic Cream Sauce. 

Homemade Beef Lasagne

Served with a seasonal salad and French fries  

Pan Fried 8oz Irish Sirloin Steak

Cooked to your request, served on a bed of Sauté Onions, Mushrooms

And a Choice of Peppercorn Sauce or Garlic Butter.
